DATA BLOCKS' experienced staff provides support and online training for our scan & survey form design software, onsite training, customization, consulting, printing, and service bureau services.

Support Policy

Magenta/Magenta for Office

All Magenta and Magenta for Office software come with the first year's support included. Maintenance coverage is computed from the date of shipment. Afterwards, the customer will be billed annually for support which includes free upgrades, software fixes, and telephone and online support. Support questions? Call 1-770-297-2913.

Online Scan Form Software Training

Online training courses for our scan and survey form design software are now available by appointment only. You will need to sign up for each hour-long class. Cost: $99 per Webex class. Prepayment is required using either VISA or MasterCard.

Classes available:

Magenta for Classic. Description of the different menus, tools and objects used in Magenta. Aligning text with questions, using shading, boxing, numbering questions, copying, pasting, aligning a form to ensure that it scans.
Magenta for Office. Description of the different menus, tools and objects used in Magenta. Aligning text with questions, using shading, boxing, numbering questions, copying, pasting.
Magenta and Classic integration. Reviewing the scan fields, reordering scan fields, changing default values, scanning from within Magenta.
Advanced Techniques for Magenta for Classic and Office. How to merge data on a form (preprinting and preslugging), copying and pasting within a form, from one form to another, using special characters inside bubbles, booklet processing.
